What species is this rat snake?

Hey guys, I’m pretty new to rat snake identification. This is demon I got him from a trade and his previous owner said he was told he was a scaleless corn snake or a scaleless western rat snake. Just looking for some other opinions on what species demon is.

Looks like a scaleless Texas (western) rat snake to me. A very pretty one! Sometimes they are darker/browner in their lower body towards the tail. Nice snake!

I was looking at Texas rat snakes and they all seemed to have black saddles so I didn’t think that he was a Texas rat snake. I just looked at some other species of rat snakes and he looked exactly like a scaleless everglades rat snake, I’m just looking for some other opinions since I mainly work with ball pythons so thanks for the idea.:+1:

At first look I thought scaleless Everglades. Its got the color and I don’t think the scaleless Everglades develop stripes.
