Did he have a patch of rough feeling scales there before?
I’ve seen this happen when a snake gets some sort of damage from squeezing in places with a rough surface or edge. The area gets kind of rough or raised and wrinkled and can take off or damage the scales underneath with it on a shed.

If you haven’t seen any other symptoms or strange behavior, I would just check around the enclosure and make sure there’s nothing too hot or rough/sharp that they can squeeze up to. Then monitor for any strange behaviors.

If there is anything else going on right now I would still do the check mentioned before but also keep good notes on everything if it’s a minor issue. If it seems more serious then a vet needs to be involved. That would be if you start seeing more scales lost, bleeding or swelling in that area. Regurge or diarrhea is important to keep an eye out for too.

Also, how old is this little guy? If he’s still young his spine does look a bit more pronounced then I’d like to keep my young ones. If he’s older, just monitor his weight and if he gets any skinnier that can also be a concern.

Yes, there where ruff spots when I got him, I actually thought it was stuck shed but it didnt change after soaking him, so i took him to the vet for an ordinary well check and when I mentioned it he looked , but didnt say much about it. It honestly looks much better now that he’s shed, the scales look perfect, they are just white. He’s a juvenile (6 months) he’s just over 300g and never misses a meal… do you think he is under weight??

Sometimes photo depth is deceiving, so it may be making him look a little too slim. So I could be wrong! But just in case:

Because he’s still growing I would consider upping the meal size. 30-35g meals if he’s eating smaller. Or feed weekly if he isn’t already. Having a growing boy on the thinner side is a little worse to me than having a chubby yearling ready to cut back on meals.

But I do have 2 males that tend to stay around that condition (slim). But most of my males are a bit more rounded.
Here’s a couple of good charts for a quick reference.
