Whites Tree Frog Lights

I have been doing some intense research for the last week and a half, trying to find the cost and therefore save up for a Whites Tree Frog in the near future. I plan to get one later this fall or possibly next spring at a local reptile expo.

But, I should cut to the chase: is this a good uvb/heat lamp combo? I will be using a twenty gallon vertical. I am on a budget so when I found this I jumped for joy!

If it isn’t, can you recommend me anything similar? Like a fixture/uvb/heat bulb combo that is on the cheaper end?
