I felt like I needed to have less money and more black boa constrictors so while Anaheim only got me for one snake, it got me pretty good

All in all Anaheim really didn’t hit this year. It just wasn’t the show it normally is. The show circuit is definitely over saturated for the economy and it’s showing. I did get to meet @armiyana in person which was fun, but all in all it was a pretty slow show.
Yeah, was awesome getting to say hi! I think Pomona took a lot of energy out of people as well since it was literally only one month before … But I haven’t been to too many shows either. 
Economy and oversaturation definitely doesn’t help either.
And omg this boa is gorgeous. Soot is such a good name.
That is a very nice boa you picked up. Should be a very dark one this time next year.

Wow, what a gorgeous snake! Her eyes are crazy, they look completely translucent. I’ve never seen anything like that!
Thanks Tom. I love IMGs and I’m hoping this one will be solid black. My other one is just IMG so he’s still got some pattern at 3 years old.
It’s just starting a shed so they’re a little milky but they definitely have weird eyes. I have noticed that IMGs seem to possibly have a touch of macropthalmia but we’ll see if this one grows into them lol.
I keep telling myself I’m doing less shows next year but we’ll see lol. Each extra show is just a parasite on the next one but I doubt it will get dialed back because the promoters are still killing it on the door admissions 
That’s a really, really lovely animal! Covariance in a gorgeous pickup. If you’re only going to get one it looks like you really got a good one.
How about some up dated pictures of your boa. I know I would like to see how dark it’s getting.
