What about Marlin Perkins and Jim Fowler? I grew up on Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom. Not specifically reptiles but wildlife in general. Perkins was the reptile curator at the St. Louis Zoo in 1928.

Steve Irwin
Steve, I believe, has had the biggest positive impact worldwide.

Bill Haast
Venomous people should know him.

Marlin Perkins
Grew up watching him.

Bob Clark
Have met Bob a few times and have talked to him over the phone and emailed many times. Even though he was busy and very well off. He would still take the time to just BS with me. Always treated me like a friend, not just a buyer. The funny thing is I never did buy anything from him. Miss seeing him at the NARBC show in Tinley.

Jeff Ronne
Jeff is a good guy, too. I met Jeff at Lee Watson’s swap before he became a huge boa breeder of the boa world. Jeff has been and always will be one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. Always like saying HI to him at Tinley.
