Birthday Eggs! The best present!

This is a marvelous description! Love seeing the beautiful, full Turnip tummy. Glad Daikon is growing and preparing to shed again. I’m also glad that @caron is going to have these lovely little ones. We’ll get to keep seeing them as they grow.

Yes, I love that. I definitely want to see pics and read descriptions of how Daikon is doing as she grows!

Took a few updated pics of babies, including one with Burdock and his dad, both shatters.

Just read this thread all at once, and you simply must STOP showing me these beautiful snakes! I never considered corns and my list of reptiles I want is already too lonngggg :sob:

Haha, I’m glad I could convert you! Corns are awesome! I highly recommend them, not just for their variety of patterns and colors, but their pleasant personalities and ease of care.

Lol @cmills :joy: Tell me about it! I can’t resist these guys! (Don’t tell anybody but I already have baby Reese, aka Little Dot, and now little Turnip and little Daikon and coming next Thursday……) I caught something called “Corn Fever. So be careful! :joy:

Don’t fall for the trap! Texas rat snakes are better!

I’ve always been tempted towards rats, and planned for either that or a bull/gopher for my first snake.

But then again corns are a subset of rats right…soooooooo :joy:

Just call them red rat snakes and they fit your criteria! I can’t wait to see your drawing!

Texas rat snakes are like a combination of both. Body shape of a corn but the personality of a gopher. Then again you could also get a complete weirdo that believes he is a corn snake/sand boa hybrid

I’ve never drawn corns, and these were quick warm-downs, so they aren’t perfect, but it was fun!
