I didn’t take pics of everyone tonight, but these babies are doing great! Here’s a few from the group that ate tonight. Can’t believe they’re already done with their third meals!

And I’m still dealing with several non-feeders and picky eaters from the very first clutch in June! This little guy is Twizzler and he refused his first three meals, and then accepted lizard scented on his fourth attempt. I lessened the amount of lizard scent every time, but even still, he will not eat unscented. At this point, I just barely brush his thawed pinkie against a frozen lizard and he’ll accept it. But if I don’t do that, he’ll refuse. Ridiculous! Anyway, I need to take some properly lit photos of him.
Four of the others continued to refuse various methods, so I recently put them into a mini brumation. Hopefully they’ll be ready to eat once I pull them out. I just can’t believe how many extremely stubborn babies were in that clutch.
I’m happy for you that boat are doing so great! Twizzler is a cutie, who needs to get with the program.
I am very proud of all the eating babies but especially my 2 who are coming home week after next! Turnip and Daikom! !
Oh Twizzler, you silly boy! He knows when you’re “cheating” him out of his lizard scent!
I’m so glad the rest are doing well, though. How is miss Raisinet doing? (I don’t know why I have the urge to put miss in there, but I do)
She’s doing great! Ate a large pinkie last night. I will get you a new pic once she’s done digesting.
That’s good to hear! Thank you for the update on her and whenever you have time, pics are always appreciated but never required!
Some pretty lavas for your viewing pleasure. Second meals for these babies.
Arbalest and Falchion:
And first meal for Glaive, who refused her first attempt. Today she accepted a washed, boiled pinkie.
And bonus shot of Rutabaga, sunkissed tessera.
All little cuties for sure! Is Turnip the only one with a kinked tail?
Yup, no kinks in anyone else (besides Daikon, that is).
I am so looking forward to having them here! And Little Dot is such a precious boy! ! He is a great eater too!
Such a lovely; varied clutch! I see a picture of one, and I think, oh - that’s my favorite! Then I see a picture of another and, oh wait, maybe that’s my favorite! Then… well, they’re all just lovely!
That’s exactly how I every time I get one out. “Oh this one is my favorite for sure”, then the next one “Oh no, this one is my favorite”. Haha!
Fresh pics of Raisinet for @metalheadreptiles! She’s a very sweet girl, not feisty at all. And I love her saddles!
Oh what a pretty, sweet girl she is! Thank you for the new pics, I adore looking at her! Agreed, her saddles are stunning!
Looks like Raisinet is going to have lovely frosting. Pretty, sweet girl!
I wanted to give Daikon and Turnip one last meal tonight before they leave sometime next week, but little Daikon was already in blue! So I didn’t feed her, but here’s little Turnip with a full belly. Excellent eater - not shy at all. She would probably eat me if she could figure out how!
Well thank you so much Olivia for the update and picture! That’s my little Turnip! She’s just like her adoptive momma, a good eater!
Little Daikon must be growing well if she is shedding so that’s a good sign! Is she still flipping and flopping?
Yeah, I’m glad to see her going into blue already! Her movement is still erratic, but not too crazy the last time I had her out. She will probably be worse once she goes fully blue. I don’t really have a problem with handling most corns while they’re in blue, but she might be one that really needs to be left alone during blue. Anyway, you’ll figure out her patterns and what things worsen or alleviate her issues, it’ll just take a little time to get to know her!
Yep! She and I will figure things out when we have some one on one time. I excited to start working with her! Thank you Olivia!
