Gosh! They are all so pretty!! I think my favorites are Illa, Gaheris, and Summer. All of them are adorable though.

That was what I was thinking too, if he’s already this gorgeous and vibrant, imagine what he will look like as an adult. Definitely a good choice for a holdback.

I was wrong about Malageant shedding tomorrow. He decided to join his brothers in showing off a new skin. The light was fading fast , but his saturated colors still pop. Is it ridiculous that I get a grin out of his monogram?
He also decided to explore my hand a bit. I didn’t say no.

Back when Lavenders were first being produced, one of the names that was debated for the morph was Mocha. Babies often had what was described as “an odd brownish tint” rather than the more expected Anery or Classic coloring. As these “Mocha” babies grew, the now- familiar lavender tones appeared. Through selective breeding, the lavender tones were emphasized more and more. Still, sometimes new babies have those mocha tints. It seems more often to appear with females.

With these two, I ABSOLUTELY have to put the ID on the pics right away. It’s crazy how much they look alike! One is male and one is female, so that’s a difference. Doesn’t exactly show, though. So doesn’t exactly help!
