So far I am really liking this clutch. 8/9 ate today on their first feeding attempt. Cherry and Doucet even tong fed. That’s pretty good results from what I normally get on first feeding attempts. BB is the loner who did not eat. Got a bunch of full, happy babies tonight :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

That’s great news Erin! Sounds like most of these sweet babies are cooperative so far! I’m sure that’s a relief! Little BB will catch on quickly! @cmills Miss Claire really did her homework! Those baby names are perfect!

Second clutch is hatching at day 50 and even better their sire has already proved het for Albino!

Bottom right is a Frost conda, top left is Frost with/without conda and top right is either an ultramel or Frost Albino. I need to do some researching to tell the difference.

Yes Eggscellent it is Erin! You’ve had a tough first part of the year so by golly Miss Molly you deserve these healthy little pippies!:snake:. The little frosties included! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Later today I will get everyone in their bins and individual pics. I was going to do it yesterday but I was bedridden for most of the day with a migraine.

This is a pile of gorgeous babies. Every time I look at them it’s just wow. There are two in particular that will be difficult to part with.
One baby is still in its egg. I found it this morning. It had been buried in the substrate by its siblings. It’s alive, flicking its tongue and moving its head. I’m going to give it a few hours to come out on its own and I’m hoping it doesn’t have a deformity and that’s the reason it’s still in the egg.

Holy cow Erin! This clutch is the JACKPOT :slot_machine:! I am so happy for you! Those babies are mind blowing!:exploding_head:. I surely hope the last little bugger is ok!

Finally got around to uploading the pics. I’m still waiting on a second opinion for the frosted albino/ultramel IDs but so far this is what it looks like.

1 male frosted albino
1 female ultramel conda
1 male ultramel
1 female caramel
2 male frosted condas
1 female frost
2 male frosts

Color/pattern wise my favorites are 62 and 65. I’m really excited to see how their personalities develop. The whole clutch also has the best head/rostral scale structure I have produced to date. I love how sharp their faces are.

The little one who was stuck in the egg is 64, the little caramel girl. I do believe she just got confused after being buried and didn’t realize she could or should leave the egg. She is perfectly healthy and fully absorbed her yolk. I have yet to decide on names but they will all be dessert themed.

This is hands down my favorite part about frosts. Instead of the standard black belly it develops a purple hue. I’ve always kind of seen frosts as being a bit plain on top, but the belly is always gorgeous.

Oh Erin all of those babies are incredible! I know you really needed this! I have to say I have a soft spot for the sweet little girl who got lost in her egg! But in my opinion all of them are keepers!:pray::smiling_face_with_three_hearts::ok_hand:. Congratulations to you!:wink:

Thank you! I have a sneaky feeling that caramel girl is going to worm her way into my heart. I like the special ones, even if her special was simply that she couldn’t find her way out the egg
