What is the purpose of the hidden ratings for some sellers? As a buyer I like to read all of the reviews. I have purchased animals from sellers who had neutral and negative reviews. I was able to see how the seller handled the transaction and made a decision from there. All positive experiences for me. I am interested in purchasing animals from two different members who have hidden their ratings, my gut is telling me don’t do it.

And I believe most people feel that way as well and that ultimately people that chose to keep their rating private will lose business because of it, ultimately that is their choice.
Personally I would also chose not to do business with someone that decide to hide their rating.
