If you could only have 10 reptiles

If you could only keep 10 reptile species, what would they be? I’ll start, eastern blue tongue, leachianus gecko, pygmy python, green tree python, jungle carpet python, woma python, ackie monitor, brazilian rainbow boa, blackhead python and blacktail cribo.

There are 11 snakes native to New Hampshire. I’d like to own 9 of them. I could pass on the rattlesnake and the water snake. #10 could be the MBK I already own. But, dang, an Eastern Indigo…!

Good thing I only really want the two!
African House Snake, and Ball Python.

Maaaaaaaaaaaaybe a long shot in the future to add a woma or a rosy boa or a cali king so they will eat when the other two won’t, but I kind of feel two is enough.

I said the same thing when I had two. Now I have five.

I may fold later, LOL. But there’s a guy in this state who has many many rosies and breeds them, whereas I had to seize my chance at this less common BP from far afield. I’m concerned about the Lacey Amendments- if those do pass, I can still find a rosy boa in my state during the few years it could take to undo those.
