There is indeed a forum, welcome to the both if you!
Looking real good!
So im trying to figure out what to put in here. It will be completely redone. Curious if a carpet python would be a good candidate, dont know much about them so trying to educate myself first. Thank you.
What are the dimensions? I feel like a carpet python might appreciate larger footprint, since they’re not strictly arboreal, but it’s hard to judge the exact dimensions from the picture.
Dimensions are necessary to know, but from the looks of it, you may be more successful with a green tree python or some species or tree boa.
Wow…I had no idea this forum was here either. Well, I’m here now as well. Definitely reminded me of the MP forum immediately.

I love your scubs…too bad I live in Florida or I would get one.
Oh my god I really wish I could have your collection. You have all the Morelia I could ever want.
Thanks all!
Lol, if it is to much of a hassle, he with have to @ me up a pm for shipping info
Or maybe he could message me and we could work up a trade deal you think that would work instead @verinium lol
No no, ive got this, i couldnt impose.
Its 79 x 26 x 26
That’s a bit so small for a carpet. I’d go with a GTP, an ETB or an ATB.
Yeah, I’m with @garciademueller, I think that size would be better for a truly arboreal species. Carpets usually appreciate a little more floor space. They can and do climb, but they typically don’t spend their whole lives up in the trees the way fully arboreal species do. As garciademueller said, a green tree python, emerald tree boa, Amazon tree boa, or another truly tree-dwelling snake would be better suited to an enclosure of those dimensions. There are definitely some beautiful options that would work in that enclosure!
Actually these would get houses similar to a carpet (in design) with a lot horizontal perching levels, as they don’t like to lay in the same slicked back and forth coils like ETBs and GTPs do.
Good to know, thanks for correcting me! I just assumed that because they’re, y’know, tree boas, they’d want a similar enclosure as ETBs, but I haven’t researched them all that thoroughly since I have no real plans to keep them myself.
