New addition to the family

Went to a reptile expo today, came back with a new hognose! Like shown in the picture, he’s a conda het snow, should make a great future breeder! He’s not named yet, so I’d love suggestions. I’ll try to give an update on him in about a month!

Omggg he is beautiful!
You could never go wrong with a simple name like Beans, but maybe my reptile names will give you inspiration idk.
My ball pythons name is August
My bearded dragons name is October
And my albino hognose is named Echo
Can’t wait to see an update, congrats

Five months! He’s a small one, but he’s certainly healthy, he’s just a naturally small snake.

I thought about it because of their noses and males are shorter in length.

I’ve decided on Kiki for a name, just because I think it sounds pretty cute.

My Neighbor Totoro is incredible! I think that my male for Willow is going to be Totoro. Lol :joy:

I promised to update in a month, and all though it hasn’t been exactly a month, I say close enough. He’s doing great! Not quite eating for me yet, but it can be tricky with young hogs. I’m gonna try to feed him again tomorrow, so I’ll update if he eats. I try to handle him as little as possible, because he’s not in a regular feeding schedule yet, but I do maybe once every two weeks.

Another quick update on this guy. I’ve almost lined up a female for him, I’m just deciding between a het snow or an axanthic conda, but my hopes are that I should have a female by mid March.
