I think an Okeetee corn and a Reverse Okeetee corn together would look amazing.

Here’s a very basal spinosaurid, Iberospinus, lounging grumpily while patterned like an Aztec Anery BCI

Here’s a resting struthiomimus colored after the regal secretary bird! Probably my favorite in a long time, she’s fabulous

Looks like someone (and also Someone) had a lot of fun with creation there. But I can’t seriously couple the adjective “regal” with “secretary bird.” They’re charmingly ridiculous. :joy:

They look regal until you watch them run…or stomp…or land from flying…or…well okay maybe only regal in still images :joy: :joy: :joy:

I have been so burnt out recently since I’m working on finishing my Master’s degree and prepping for a science conference in England here at the end of the month, so dino art has been minimal, and I can’t bring myself to draw digitally right now.

But here’s a fruit trio of spinosaurs! Obviously the main inspiration was fruit, not reptiles, but the orange has BP eye stripes and a boa ladder tail, and the watermelon has a salmon head since the colors fit so well.

My favorite is the orange, and my least favorite is the dragonfruit, I just wish I went with fewer and more sporadic seeds, rather than a pattern

Oh, what fun!! I love these!! I’m sorry about all of the stressors right now. Any one of those is a great deal of stress independently. Combined, stressors are not additive; they’re multiplicative. Hoping that you are able to take even small slices of time to step outside for a literal and mental breath of fresh air. Sometimes a few moments looking at the stars or really listening to the birds is blessing enough to go on.

Thank you so much Ms. Caryl, I’m trying to make sure I get enough sleep, and I think a walk out at the nature park today sounds like a perfect little break

I like the orange one best too. A lemon one and a lime one would be nice too!

You have a lot on your plate for sure but consider the fact that you get to visit England! Even if it’s for study!

Hopefully you will enjoy your trip and then take a break. I like the watermelon guy! But all are really cool!
