@ghoulishcresties thats okay! Since Tulip is looking like a boy, he’s still gonna have a flower name. :joy: I love her name though!

So yesterday we got weights and undercarriage pictures. E has been kind enough to help me determine. Most of them are flipping males. :sob: the good thing is that now I can do the PVC enclosures. here is some spam!

April

May

Storm (Male)

Chalupa (?)

Tiny living up to his name (poss male)

Vanilla (poss Male)

Tulip (poss male)

Strawberry (didn’t check because the enclosure fell while he was still in it. He’s fine. Just didn’t want to stress him out more)

Fudge (Female!)

Hershey (female!)

Aaaaand last but not least;

Henri (Male)

They’re all on the smaller side, so I’m gonna start feeding nightly and increase bugs. But sweet Jesus, so many pores. :joy:

So we had to get rats, so I picked up some wax worms for the littles while we were there. Each of them got three (April and May got four) in a 2oz cup. Turned off the lights and waited.

20 mins in, most have at least eaten one, and some have already finished. I’d say they were a hit. :joy:

I love watching them eat buggos. Some of mine will tongue feed, and as soon as they see the tongs they get ridiculously excited.

Mine get like that too :relaxed:

What kinda tongs do you feed with? Ive got big snake tongs, but im always worried they will chomp down on the metal andnhurt themselves.

I use metal snake ones. But I only feed the first one or two by tong and I have it to the side. They often end up on climbing on the tongs

I use those as well. They tend to bite on the tongs but it doesn’t seem to affect them. To reduce the risk of them hurting themselves, I make sure to grab the insect on the very end so that the geckos have more room to grab the insect and not the tongs. (Does that make sense???)
