We have 5-8 inches (12-20cm) of snow hitting us tonight and into tomorrow, so I wonder if the pressure changes have something to do with it.

@ghoulishcresties I make too much of a mess with a bowl and spoon. I save that for the weekly prep and just getting it into the bottle. I’ve half a mind to just use a blender (omg I have small Ninja attachments for the blender. 
) to make life easier.

Hahaha funny you should say that, we thought the ’smoothie’ drink ones you can by would be a good idea, or you know the baby blenders??

I use a ninja (the smaller model) to blend mine. Works really well and I’ve had it for 2 years now, holding strong!

I really had just realized I could use the small smoothie part for the blender. Goodness. I’ve been staring at the base when I mix the food and wishing I could use it. 
We have a storm hitting the northeast, and it should be our first big storm of the year for us in RI. I’ll try to take some pictures for y’all

It has certainly been cold enough for it, but I think it’s warning up here from tomorrow so will probably be more rain 
I can’t see snow here until late Jan.

I remember when I lived in upstate New York and it snowed. Lol, I remember when I would snow +2 inches an hour 
. And also, I have very little dogs that needed to go outside, so shoveling was a necessity all the time.

My family is so thankful for the lack of it lol! The famous storm that hit Boston also hit us. We got like 4 1/2 feet in one night! Luckily we didn’t get snowed in, as we were clearing throughout the night.

When I was in Italy, where I grew up in Genoa it snowed almost 4 feet one day, pretty sure that was the record of the century. I was happy to miss school, lol.

I so want the kids to have a snow day
I walk to work, so would really like it to not be in a work day though 
Snow is so much fun, we live in a dip and it’s always fun trying to watch people struggle in their cars.
Last time it snowed really well, I missed out because baby decided he wanted to be born! I made hubby park the park up the road before the snow hit so we would make it to the hospital. People thought I was made walking in the snow in labour lol

I mean, isn’t walking good for labor? 
I hate driving in it, absolutely. However, growing up we lived on a steep hill, so I learned how to drive in any kind of weather.

Yeah My kids loved the snow when it would snow a bunch where we used to live. Miss it, but I visit my Hubby’s Teo Camillo every winter and he lives in Maine, so that’s fun. There right now, but it is not snowing. It’s so pretty, I miss it. Lol.

Oh my gosh, I delivered my oldest alone (with my midwife, but still), my husband was not allowed to leave his work there was such a harsh* Blizzard going on where we lived. It was scary, especially for my first time 
. I made it through though. I was sure glad to be home, and not in that hospital. My daughter was diagnosed with diabetes there when she was 14 months. Happy to be moved now, that’s for sure.

So being home with the stickies (and everyone else, but the stickies are closest to my workspace) has been proving a great transition period back from vacation for my mental health. And we will continue to be remote for the beginning of the week next week! So you’ll have to suffer through more pictures.
