Show off your Kingsnakes!

Those are great! One of my favorite snakes is our female MBK.

They’re both gorgeous! Void is a great name for an MBK. Does the Cali King have a name yet?

Yes she does. Her name is aurora.

Aurora likes to pee and musk on me anytime i pull her out. She needs more time to chill out. Void on the other hand is pretty darn inquisitive and bold. He freaks out for a second when i reach in and pick him up, but then hes relaxed and checks things out.

Look at the blue iridescent sheen on void!

Wish i had a faster shutter speed on my camera to catch her tongue flicks without blurring.

So many beautiful king snakes!

These days I’m more into keeping pythons and boas as a rule, but I really do love the grey banded and Mexican black kings in particular. Those, along with false water cobras and hognoses, are some of the few colubrids/colubroids I’d really like to keep at some point.

I love the hognoses and the mbks personally. I think that would be fun additions to your current group. somr a little easier to handle, size wise

Love those California’s too!

We have 2 California kings, Casey is a sweetheart & Simona is shy, they are just awesome pets. We was going to breed them a few years back, but as there is a chance they might eat each other, we decided to stick with just 2
