What happened to all the radiant heat panels? I used to order from reptile basics and get vivarium electronics panel but it appears VE went out of business. Where are you guys getting them these days?

Reptile Basics is still operating. They are located about 20 minutes from me. Website is still working. Ordered some items from them 6 months ago. They are out of stock on some heat panels but sign up for the email notification and they will email you once they are back in stock.

I think I ordered a VE panel from Reptile Basics sometime last year. But one of the reasons I pounced on it so quickly was because they’d so often been out of stock. I’m probably not even going to use that panel for another year, it’s eventually for my boa’s adult enclosure, but I felt like I had to snag it when I could. Not sure why they’re so rarely in stock, it’s frustrating.

This discussion came up about a year ago.
As the post mentioned, Sweeter Heater and Wilbanks also sell heat panels.
It’s likely issues with supply/manufacture, and I’m guessing the current tariffs and things aren’t going to exactly improve any of these problems.
