Interesting. Also, what is the difference between Lipstick line and a “regular” hypo? I’m assuming that the name is just semantics.

The Lipstick Line is a Kahl Strain Albino that was established by Tom Burke from Burke Reptiles.
He selectively bred 3 females to one male and produced top-notch Sunglow’s that exhibited high contrast Sunglow’s with a red lipstick saddle and tail color, which he gave them the name “Lipstick”.
There are lots of hypo names out there now. Salmon, Summit, and Orange tail lines are just a few. They are the names of the people who produced / made that line.
Some have more reds in them, and some have more orange in them consistently. Or, like the Summit, it’s more clean looking, which in turn makes the colors stand out more.
By the way nice looking hypo you maybe getting.

I couldn’t wait to post him! Here is Sir Ulrich, compliments of Caryl Ulrich/BrightHope Snakes! He is a RFStrawberry Bloodred Het Anery 66% ph Amel ph Charcoal. Whew! His genetics are almost as long as he is!

New pic of Ulrich. This one shows his color a lot better! His color is such a rich red! And he is sooooo calm! I just scooped him right up in my hand and he didn’t even try to run! I love him!

Yes they are sisters (clutch mates). Billow is a normal but she has lovely orange tones that don’t show up in her picture. But she is so pretty!
Palaski is a clown with really dark tones and lots of keyholes. There is something else going on with her Bill thinks but for now she remains an anomaly.
I couldn’t wait to introduce the girls but I need to take some better pictures in the natural light……
