Nice!! Congrats, I am not sure about the one of a kind in the Deppei jani as I have seen some remarkable animals that almost dont look real. I have been trying to get a pair for a while now, one of these days things will work out and I will have a pair.

I imported my original jani direct from Lloyd Lemke RIP in Sept 1997 , at that time I was the only person in Europe with jani and the first to breed them.
Most of the nice examples in Europe descend directly from mine , this hypo male from my prospective is a truly unique jani

Cheers Lumpy , there certainly seems to be two distinct phenotypes , the Yellow type like the pic above and an Orange type like the one below
This one has real vivid reds , even more so it real life.

Just picked up this Red Hypo (Hannum line) this morning. He’s incredible looking!
He’s living up to the bullsnake reputation also. Came out of the bag he was shipped in guns blazing. Hah. Lots of hissing and bluff strikes. Wouldn’t even let me put the water dish down in his enclosure after I filled it. Gonna be fun working with this spicy noodle😂. Hopefully he calms down after his settling in period.
It was tough to get a good picture because he kept going after my phone when I got it too close.

Nice!! I too have added some Hannums blood to my collection, cant wait to start pairing them!! Good luck with em and yes he will calm down, just give him a bit to settle in!!
