@tommccarthy You cant tell by pictures but he has a solid stripe on belly that runs towards cloaca and then breaks up into spots that alternate or ping pong left and right.
He does remind me of some of the motley’s you have. I love the double arrow head stamp and his literal stripe at the base of the tail. He is crisp with lots of contrast.
Excited to plug RLT and groovy coral into the lines after a few generations but not sure It will involve him. I have other double and visual hets I would use over him. He is a back up waiting for a new home at the moment but that may change because he is an excellent example.
Do you have anything het anery type 1 or visual? I know your small and limited in space like me but what are you plans to adding snow? Would that be a project you want to add or just looking to have a cool looking snow in the collection? Obviously, you like your Kahl stuff like I like my Anery stuff but interested to hear from others about thier collection or likes.
I know VPI is another favorite along with IMG in the group. Does anyone have any other favorites to show of like Blood or other morphs. I definitely like the Suriname localities but Peruvian is my jam.
@adon87 I just got my first Blood yesterday. There is a really bad pic of him in my post from yesterday. I’m definitely getting better pics of the new arrivals next weekend so I’ll be sure to share them here.
I checked on the new arrivals last night and found the hypo laby perched on her water bowl.

I’m tapped out, but if I could work one more gene into my collection it would be Mandarin Belly. A legit mandarin belly would improve just about all my projects, I feel. They just seem hard to find without being worked in to Leopard.
Yep, it’s been a long time since I’ve actually bought a snake, let alone a boa. I have suffered feeling guilty about Miss Piggies failure to thrive. But when I saw this, for some reason, had my heart, I was like I should really jump on that. Have wanted to get some thing visual VPI for a while.
Riley, I’m really glad you’re getting him. I haven’t sold many snakes yet but for the ones I have, I like knowing they are going to a good home. I think you’ll love this guy. The almost full stripe aztec pattern he has is really awesome.
It’s gonna be a bit difficult to get the parents on board, since it’s 1. the most expensive animal I’ve bought and 2. already gonna be kinda big lol.
But i’m still hopeful
Thanks! Tough decision to let him go but I have multiple aztecs and jungles in my collection so he wasn’t a necessity genetically. I’d also be limited in who he could be paired with to avoid supers of either gene. Like I said before, I am really glad he is going to a good home. It worked out well!
Adon87 I don’t have anything with anery in it. I would like to get a nice moonglow to plug in to my sunglow motley jungles.
I also want to try and make a visual VPI sunglow jungle that is also a visual Kahl sunglow jungle. I see VPI boas het for Kahl, but I have never seen a boa that is both.
I am also working to make mega peaked albinos. Maybe next year or 2027 for that project to prove out for me. Might add snow to this one to down the road.
