My first ever clutch

Hopefully this ends up happening soon. Bambam is such a sweet baby and all we want is for yhem to throve just like pebbles. For nkw we will just keep on having to assist feed until bambam finally eats on their own.

That’s great news! I was starting to wonder about bam! Hey, when you are only 3g adding just one more is a decent amount! Pebbles looks happy, healthy and pretty!

Pebbles is beautiful! You can be very proud of her. And be proud of yourselves and Bambam, too! As @banereptiles said, gaining a whole gram from 3 g, why that’s 1/3 is his previous body weight. That’s a big deal! He’ll come around on the eating. Way to keep on keeping on with them!

That’s great! Looking forward to seeing him after his shed. And maybe his brain will get a ‘shed reset’ and he’ll figure out the eating thing.

Growth is a great sign, and usually they start to eat when they put on a little size!:crossed_fingers:

Is it particularly warm? They tend to sit in their dishes when they’re trying to cool off.

No its not warm in the tubs hot side says 28°C at the moment. Although the weather has been rather warm lately.

Have you checked the accuracy of your probe? Also is the bin open to sunlight?

Both tubs share the same heat mat and they both have similar readings inly about 0.5°C apart. The probe is also ontop where the heat mat is. And they arent in any direct sunlight.

Maybe looking for a soak before a shed?

Or just “If I FIts, I sits!”

I think pebbles just saw it as a tight area to curl up into. They are a very active baby and always exploring every spot of their tub.
