What food are you referring too? CGD or insects?
I usually buy insects from my local reptile shop (it’s a really good shop) on occasion but I also have my own dubia colony.
I usually buy 8oz packets of CGD food from a breeder but can also get it from my local reptile shop. I tend to buy a couple of flavours at a time and they have to be consumed within a certain time, plus it fits in the fridge better I buy the growth & breeder mix in 20g as I use that most days by mixing with the other flavours.
